Service Description

Do you feel interested in learning meditation and not sure how to start? Or perhaps you have tried meditation (a few times) and feel like you can't progress. I have supported many others on this path and have a structured course that can be tailored to your needs. This course has been designed based on ancient meditation teachings integrated with my personal learnings as a daily meditator. Course includes. •One ‘get to know’ session to have the course tailored to your experience. •8 weeks of individual mentoring. Flexibility to pick your time each week. •Techniques informed by traditional Yoga meditation practices. Non-religious. •Ongoing ad hoc support available upon completion of the course. •Invitation to attend online practise groups on completion. Cost: $560 (paid upfront) Note: This course requires you to commit to daily meditation practise for 15 -20 minutes for the duration of the course. The first 40-minute session you book will be your 'get to know' session where you and I discuss your experience, goals and agree on a curriculum for the 8 week course. During this session we will also pick your appointment time for the 8 weeks we will be working together. The website will guide you through payment using an upfront payment plan.
