Meditate with Prabha
Why learn with Prabha?
Prabha grew up in southern India, deeply immersed in the cultural teachings of Yoga, intertwined in the local way of life (by the way Yoga is not a set of poses, it's a comprehensive system for balancing body, mind and spirit).
In 2005 Prabha moved from India to Sydney and embraced the Australian life. In 2016, Prabha decided to reconnect with her eastern philosophical upbringing and undertook a formal Yoga teacher training intensive. While in India, Prabha discovered the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali - a philosophical text detailing the ancient meditation practices, which she later translated and published as her second book, Moon’s Quest.
From 2016 to 2021, Prabha was operating Hridhaya Centre for Wellbeing in Mackay, along with a team of committed community minded practitioners. Prabha’s current initiative of Brahmanandam Online Meditation School has a mission to introduce more people to daily meditation practise.
Through private online mentoring and online practise groups Prabha aims to provide an opportunity for all those feeling curious about meditation to have reliable support and guidance.
